Shipping Policy

1. Scope

Applies to bulk or distributor shipments originating from Dubai under written supply agreements. iomin.ae does not conduct online orders or individual shipments.

2. Shipping Terms

  • Deliveries are made on Ex-Works (Dubai) basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Buyers are responsible for logistics, customs, and import documentation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.
  • Risk and title transfer to the buyer upon dispatch.

3. Product Inspection

All shipments are quality-checked prior to release.
Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
